during my stay, I appreciated the friendly staff and the comfy bed that helped me rest after exploring Fort Worth, and the hotel's close proximity to parks makes it easy to unwind outdoors just a short walk away and enjoy the scenery.

had a great stay at holiday inn express! the location was perfect, really close to restaurants. breakfast was a standout, with shawn being super friendly and helpful while restocking everything. he really made our morning enjoyable. the room was spacious, and the bed was so comfy!

I had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel And Suites Fort Worth/I-20. The staff were exceptional, with Erika providing outstanding hospitality. The cleanliness of the room and the overall atmosphere made my visit enjoyable. Breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying.

Renovation noise can be bothersome.

Construction debris made entrance difficult.

I was looking foward to a pleasant stay, but the elevators were dirty and poorly lit, making me feel unsafe. Also, I expected a complimentary upgrade after such dreadful room conditions like cracked floors and ceiling stains. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't when they clearly don't care about their guests. Disappointing.

Room 314 had multiple cracked floor tiles and a large water stain on the ceiling!!! Elevators missing lights and lack of cleaning in common areas left a lot to be desired!!! Maintenance needed in the bathrooms!!!
